As an NDIS Support Worker, my primary responsibility has been to provide compassionate and personalized care to clients with varying needs, including those in aged care. My role involves assisting clients with daily living activities, such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, medication management, and mobility support. I also focus on enhancing their quality of life by engaging them in social activities, providing emotional support, and ensuring they feel respected and valued.
