Monitoring clients well being and assisting with daily life skills and behavior management training by maintaining client centered plan. Assisting with hygiene, personal grooming like showering, dressing, dispensing,oral hygiene and toileting. Cooking, household cleaning and laundry. Maintains written and verbal reports regarding clients daily activities and progress. Ensures that all required documentation is complete and accurate like bowel chart, sleeping chart,mood chart and incident report. Creates a fun and enjoyable atmosphere in order to make day programs appeal to clients. Encourage and develop plans for clients to be able to live independently, practice personal and social relationship in the community Provide cardio pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) when necessary. Assist with physical and mental exercises for the enhancement of their physical and mental well being. Support clients with meal preparation in accordance with safe food handling and preparation, safety and health standards.
