Feb 2020 - Completed Certificate III in Individual Support with Employease I have a current First Aid and CPR certificate. A career in Aged Care has been what I have wanted to do for the last 10 years. After many years of working in different fields and not being satisfied I took the plunge and enrolled to study so that I could start the ball rolling and begin a career that I am passionate about. Empowering and supporting people to be able to perform tasks, remain independent and just generally making a difference to the lives of others are the reasons why I want to work in this industry. I have a high attention to detail and always strive to perform tasks in a safe, timely and effective manner. I work extremely well within a team environment and can be trusted to work autonomously, I value the person centered approach to any type of care or contact with any individual. I am punctual and a good communicator, I have great time management skills and always use my initiative. I am available for immediate commencement and have very open availability across 7 days AM and PM. I hold a current Victorian MR License and have my own reliable transport with full comprehensive insurance.
