Hello! My name is Emily and I am a study abroad student from the U.S. who is studying at UNSW this semester. This past summer I lived with and took care of my Grandmother and Grandfather, who has dementia, five days a week. I cleaned and cooked for them, helped them pay their bills, and ran any errands they needed, but my main job was to give them companionship and enjoy spending time with them.
