As a high school student, I created my own business "Hire a Grandson!" in order to earn extra income. I had more than 10 regular clients from 2012 to 2015. All of my clients were elderly men and women who wanted help with technology and general labouring. Some obviously were just hiring me for the companionship, and I would just sit and talk with them for an hour or so and complete the odd simple task. The fact that most of my clients continued to use my service until I stopped it, shows that I am compatible and get along with the elderly. It is the most rewarding job I have ever worked.
