I studied CHC33015 Certificate lll in individual support (Ageing) at Testate for 6 months and developed a lot of skills like personal care, oral hygiene, showering, manual handing, proper use of hoist and other equipment for elderly and disability people, infection control, fire safety and how to support a resident who has dementia and in a palliative care. I did my work placement in Uniting Agewell Community and Residential Services, Rosetta, Tasmania, also at the moment I working in disability some days a week. I consider myself a passionate, Kind worker and I take my responsibilities seriously as well as have pride in my work. I communicate effectively and believe I have good interpersonal skills, with my clients and my co-workers.
