Hello, I have done my bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and surgery and After that I worked as a doctor at Hospital in India. I have experience as a Patient Care, Personal Care And Assistance in Nursing. I have worked in residential aged care for a 10 months. In that period, I was involved in such daily routine like, assisting residents with their eating, drinking, and meals, dressing them in a chair and bed, their personal grooming, cleaning teeth, brushing hair, giving them a shower, shower in bed bath, toileting residents, transferring residents from bed to chair, and chair to bed, using a litter, sling, hoist, walking and bed making. In addition to this, I had maintained a strong relationship with residents and gave than a moral, emotional, physical, spiritual, cultural, support. And I had to make sure that they get their daily needs and basic comfort regular. Overall, aged care workers aims to provide a supportive and nurturing environment for older adults who may no longer be able to live independently, ensuring their safety, comfort and quality of life.
