I’m doing my work placement in Japara, Launceston. Even though I’m new in this field, I’m trying to learn much more to be a good career. When I was doing work placement, I realized that I’m a warm-hearted person with strong empathy. I always care their feelings while working with them. And I tried to respect and take care of every resident here as much as I can. And I also think the value as a human being is how much can I offer to others. That’s why I choose aged care as my career.
