Having 17 years in the aged care sector, working across 3 states I have a world of knowledge, patience and practical skills. Always learning and updating myself especially in the dementia field. This is where my passion lies. My friendly, calm demeanour helps me easily connect and build great rapport with you and your loved ones. My ability to read the situation, my person and any contributing factors at play makes it easy for me to access where simple tweaks and changes can help and simplify life for both patient and families.
