20 years experience in aged care, especially Dementia & Mental Health. Qualified in Case Management & Social Services. Have worked in both Residential Care and Care facilities. Currently self employed within the community to be able to assist those in need of support to stay within their homes and to also give a more client centred care approach minus management issues.
