I have been working Full Time since 11 years of age (due to family economic necessity in the Philippines). I am used to and expect hard work having worked for an average of 90 hours in a 7 day week. I was employed in Administrative, Customer Service, Hospitality and Housekeeping/Home Care roles Due to my drive to succeed I was concurrently educating myself after work hours at primary, secondary and tertiary levels. Now that I live in Australia I wish to establish myself with a reputable and supportive Care Company and become an efficient & effective team player. My objective is to comprehensively learn about the Company and the industry the Company deals in by working hard, on the job & classroom based training, personal research and listening to workplace mentors. I aim to be a respected team member by being a pleasant & honest person who not only wants to do a good job personally but help others where required. Eventually I would enjoy promotion and added responsibility to increase my span of assistance I can give, challenge me, help improve my skills and sustain further personal growth.
