My name is Courtney, I'm 21 years of age. I am currently employed as a Residential Cleaner for a company I established, Sparklean Cleaning Services. I have recently obtained my Certificate III in individual support aged, home & community, along with my Certificate III in Disability. I've completed 120 hours work placement in an aged care facility. I am a reliable, enthusiastic, polite, fun, bubbly and mature person, who sets high standards and always produces work to my upmost capability. I am able to communicate well with staff members and client’s, I am able to alter my behaviour to fit the situation and the people surrounding me. I am a fast learner and work well under pressure.
