I am currently the cleaning/laundry Supervisor of an aged care facility with 210 beds. I am also a maintenance officer in the same facility. I am a very hands on worker with everything I do. Aged care is not a job to me, it’s my passion. This is a family to me, each and every resident. I show the utmost respect for all our residents and believe that 2 minutes I have spare to stop and speak to a resident makes a difference in their day.
