I am an experienced independent community support worker in all ereas of disabity, Aged care home , residential and mental health services. I have been working in nursing home as an Assistant in nursing for more than 8year, I have done several clinical training in both Cairns and Townsville hospital during my nursing degree at James cook university. I am currently working as an independent support worker. I have a professional work ethics ,my services are clients 's centred care and to achieve clients best desirable outcomes.
