During my years of employment in disabilities and aged care, I have enjoyed empowering individuals to achieve their goals and abilities. I had been rewarding to view tha satisfaction in clients as they are acknowledged. I have enjoyed focusing in clients abilities and not disabilities. It is rewarded to me when I see clients self esteem grow and empower their psychological and emotional wellbeing.
