Although I may not possess formal qualifications in aged care, I bring with me a mental health certificate and substantial experience that I believe make me a valuable asset to your home. For the past few years, I have been actively involved in providing care and support to elderly individuals in my community. Through volunteering at local nursing homes and assisting elderly family members, I have developed a deep understanding of the unique needs and challenges faced by the elderly.
