I am searching for full time AIN work. I have currently completed my Cert 111 course and I have done 120 hours placement in Bupa Aged care. I can give the references of RN and AIN with whom I have worked up to 4 weeks and they can say about my abilities/capacities then You can decide I am suitable for job or not but please don't judge me saying I don't have experiences because during my 4 weeks placement I had done everything that AIN should perform.I can give the references with whom I have worked during my placement in Bupa Aged Care.
