Hi I've recently been helping out again with my nana and it's made me realise how much just the company to do anything can make the biggest difference. Sometimes it's as simple as helping with the jobs they can no longer do and sometimes it's helping with the jobs they still can do, but want the company. I've been a cleaner for many years and I have my own catering business.
