Over the past 4-5 years I have looked after the elderly with chronic health issues, people with a mental illness and those who are healthy and young in the mind but the body no longer wants to cooperate with certain things. I have been blessed with a warm and caring nature along with understanding and empathy. My humour is a little quirky at times but I'm always happy and seem to brighten everyone's days. I'm not one to shower you with sympathy so if that's what you require then unfortunately I'm not the one for you. I'm best suited to those who need the encouragement/motivation to keep active or to do the things they're no longer able to do. If it's just some companionship, a trip to the shops, a slow walk in the sunshine, a listening ear or a little pick me up then I'd love the opportunity to help you.
