I have a strong passion to help and empower the elderly through my care. I believe that they should feel supported to live their lives with support given only where needed giving them the ability to continue feeling a sense of achievement and independence. We are working in their homes so my way of care is respectful yet supportive and nurturing. I have strong enthusiasm and am commitment to excellence in my work. I have previously completed both my Certificate 3 Health Service Assistance and Certificate 3 Individual Support (Aged and Disability) in which I completed 320 hrs of work placement within Aged Care facilities. I am also casually employed as a disability support worker.
