| Hi! My name is Helena. I am a 19, going on 20 year old student at Deakin University (Burwood Campus), undergoing my Bachelor of Arts/Master of Teaching course! I am enthusiastic about inspiring the next generation, and teaching them life skills and knowledge they can carry out into their day-to-day lives. I live in Yarra Junction with a flexible schedule, and am willingly to travel almost anywhere. I have my own method of transport. As I'm sure you have noted, I currently hold no qualified experience as a nanny or babysitter. However, in saying that, I do have certified experience with younger kids, through working in the 'Beginners' Sabbath School at my home church, where I look after and engage with children ages 0-2. I am also involved with and look after my family friend's children who are ages 8-13, from time to time. Following this, I occasionally join my mother at her work (she is a primary school teacher) purely to help out with her class and interact with the kids. These experiences have given me a good and in-depth understanding of what is required to look after kids, across various age groups!
