| Hi, My name is Tess, I’ve been nannying for 6 years – I absolutely love the job and getting to care for children and have been very thankful for meeting different families along the way. I’ve nannied for three families permanently and other families casually throughout this time. I’ve also completed my Cert III in Early Childhood and Education. I've worked casually in a childcare centre for 2 years where I alternated between the baby, toddler, and preschool room. I think it’s absolutely important to nurture and listen to children to meet their needs to ensure that their well being is a number one priority. I also understand that all families are different in terms of how they function and want to make it clear that I intend to listen to how parents care for their children to ensure the best possible support for both children and parents.
