| I am a passionate and enthusiastic educator!I have spent the past four years working in the Child Care Industry and have loved every minute. My passion for childcare is conducive to how fulfilling the job role is, I love being involved in the lives of little humans and supporting them in their learning, growth and development! Throughout my four years in the industry I have been allowed room to grow into myself as an educator and ascertain my strengths and weaknesses. Within my role as an educator, I believe my strengths lay in my ability to create warm and inviting spaces not only for children, but for their families. I am extremely passionate about fostering creativity, autonomy and positivity within my interactions with children and within my learning spaces as a whole. I am creative, purposeful and intentional within my interactions with children and families. I hold a certificate three in early childhood education and care, and am qualified in first aid and CPR. I hold a current WWCC and have my own car/license.
