| Hello Everyone, My name is Reena and I am currently working in a Blair Athol Primary B-6 School and I also been working as a Disability Support worker for the past 1 year. I do programs such as assisting in life skills, such as grooming. I also have experience working with fine motor activities, social skills, gross motor program, sensory activities and literacy and numeracy programs. I have been working to support different clients and students according to their individual needs. I am committed to assist all the clients I work with to the best I can do.

| I have my Certificate 3 in early childhood education and care, as well as having just completed my cert 4 in youth work. I currently work as a teacher aide, working with children with ASD, particularly around social and emotional well-being. I have worked as a live in nanny in the NT on a cattle station for a year, as well as a governess (home tutor) for a year also on a remote property out west (qld). As well as one year at a childcare centre and a disability support worker in townsville. I have experience in babysitting previous to that employment as well.

| I am about to begin my 4th year in a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy (Honours). I have a passion for working with children, with the intention of working in Pediatrics upon my degree completion. I have babysat and tutored children across a range of ages previously. I love working with people and providing support and help, it is a passion of mine. I am more than happy to conduct errands and perform light house work/cooking if it is required. I have a current WWCC and Disability Services Check and a history of studying, for 2 years, a Bachelor of Education (Primary and Middle) with majors in Mathematics and Health and Physical Education.

| I am excited about the opportunity to become a babysitter. While I may not have formal babysitting experience, I possess skills and personal qualities that make me a great fit for this role. I am responsible, dependable, and understand the importance of punctuality and reliability. I am committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for children. As a quick learner and highly adaptable, I handle new situations with ease and confidence. I have a natural affinity for children and enjoy engaging with them through creative activities and educational play. My patience and understanding help me connect with kids, ensuring they feel comfortable and supported. Additionally, I have strong communication skills for effectively interacting with both children and parents. Proactive and organized, I ensure tasks are completed efficiently and thoroughly. Whether it’s helping with homework, preparing meals, or organizing fun activities, I am dedicated to meeting each child’s needs with care and attention. I often assist with the care of younger family members, developing a keen sense of empathy and understanding for children’s needs. This informal experience has given me valuable insights into child care.
