I have a degree in Philosophy, and have worked as a philosophy teacher at an independent school on a farm for the past 3 years. In my spare time I love cooking, hiking, reading, and writing.

| I am currently studying my Certificate 3 in Early Childhood Education and Care at Wollongong TAFE I will complete my studies by mid 2021. I am looking for casual or part time work. I am a focused, diligent and show initiative. I take direction well and think ahead to prepare environments that are safe, and most importantly, inspiring and stimulating to the children. I have a natural rapport with children and always put their needs and emotions first whilst ensuring that their cognitive, physical and developmental needs are catered for. I have always been very involved in childcare and volunteer. I have extensive experience from working and volunteering in an orphanage in Cambodia; nannying in France; working with special needs children; and working and volunteering at Planet Childcare in Coledale. I also care for the elderly. I have a passion for educating children and nurturing the future generations to look after their environment and be accepting of each other’s. My extensive travel and life experience has opened my eyes to how different cultures raise their children and this has helped to shape my awareness and ability to give each child individual attention whilst in group situations.
