I have worked in a traditional childcare setting where I have thrived in catering for the care needs for children with all various medical and developmental needs. I am very passionate about early education and strive to continue implementing my knowledge within a nanny role. I strongly believe in child lead learning where the adult helps guide and not the lead the learning, I love implementing a slow emergent pedagogy where we learn at the child’s pace in a fun engaging and developmentally appropriate way
As I have progressed with my education studies I have found that I believe a nanny position would be beneficial. I will be able to undertake any household duties such as cleaning or cooking.
