| My name is Jaime and I am a fun, bubbly and eager person who loves educating and learning with children. I have worked in Childcare for 3.5 years and have younger siblings who I help care for. While working in childcare I have had the opportunity to work closely with children in the Nursery (3months-15months) and Children aged 2.5yrs- 4yrs. As a Lead Educator I prepared activities to accommodate the children’s learning milestones, maintained good communication with families to ensure quality care and maintained a clean, safe and fun environment for the Children. I am dedicated to helping shape the Children into confident, intelligent, and happy people who will carry those traits on into adulthood. To ensure high quality learning opportunities I completed individual learning observations and linked it to the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). I have used the EYLF to guide my learning activities to ensure I am accommodating for children with special needs and their interests. I believe that all children are bright learners and all need someone to help them grow!
