| Hi , Im a very experienced childcarer I have a Diploma in Childrens Services and all relevant clearances , police clearance first aid etc . I have worked in the childcare industry for 20 years in many roles including Childcare Centre Manager , Nanny , Postnatal nanny , inhome carer , family daycare etc I have children of my own which i see as the best experience , sadly my babies have grown up and are all at school & high school. My most recent experience prior to having my children is as a childcare centre director I held this role up until taking maternity leave. As the director I was the manager. I have been a nanny before for 8 different families caring for newborns and providing overnight respite care , twin experienced and the other caring for 2 young children .I have also worked as a inhome child carer I have alot of childcare resources so im able to plan age appropriate activities to help the children reach their developmental milestones and most importantly so they can have a interesting day and fun day
