| In my previous role as a HR professional, I was managing all the CSR projects and there I was engaged with a renovation and donation project for one of the child development center closer to my home. Since I have a personal passion in working with children I volunteered for the same organisation in my spare time. There were kids starting from age 1 1/2 years and up to 15 years and most of the time I conducted English classes for them. I even organised few entertainments sessions with them and have the picture evidence of the same which I can share personally because it is not legally permitted to disclose the pictures or any details of those children. Further, during my Bachelors degree when I was practicing as a student social worker for 1 year in 2 rural schools, I was engaged with children from age group 5 to 10 and have done few projects with them as well. I am also holding the working with children card.
