| Hi, my name is Lauren. I just turned 30 and have worked in the child care industry for over 11 years. I first started in child care back in 2008 and I knew straight away I found my niche. I love building friendships and forming bonds that last a life time. It’s amazing how children can remember so much at such a young age. I have worked within all age groups, room leading from babies through to senior kindergarten in a child care setting. I hold my diploma of children’s services, which I obtained in 2016, along with my certificate 3 which I got all the way back in 2007. I also hold my current blue card. Although I have no formal experience or qualifications, my mother used to run her own childcare from home and I helped out a lot.
