| Hi families, I'm Lily. I have been working in childcare for over two and a half years now. I spent two years and in a childcare centre, where I gained my cert III in early childhood education and care and learnt many valuable skills about caring for young children. I decided to leave that childcare setting and transition into a nanny, which I have been almost fully booked in since May and have been loving it.
