My journey began in childhood, where I often took care of my younger siblings and neighbourhood kids. This early exposure taught me the basics of childcare and sparked my passion for working with ########.## my teenage years, I took on babysitting jobs for various families in my community. I cared for children aged 2 to 10, developing my skills in creating fun activities, preparing meals, managing daily routines, educating children, and ensuring a safe environment. I worked at a maths and English tutoring centre for 4 years , where I was responsible for a group of toddlers and children where their ages ranged from 1 to 12. This role involved planning educational activities, and fostering social skills among the children. I also did after school care. These experiences have deepened my understanding of diverse needs and helped me connect with children from different backgrounds.Throughout my experiences, I honed my abilities in conflict resolution, effective communication, and fostering creativity. I learned to adapt my approach based on each child's unique personality and #####.#### recently, I’ve taken care of family friends' children, further solidifying my commitment to providing nurturing and supportive environments for kids.
