| My name is Shaharna McDonald and I am 24 years old. I have a positive and accepting attitude, with a playful and adventurous personality. I am organised and well spoken. Self motivated and a good listener with the the ability to connect with people from all different ages and walks of life . I am easy going and love to connect with people, I am selfless and nonjudgemental. I have my cert 3 working with children and have had experience working at childcare centres and kindergartens with children from 0-6 years. Lots of experiments baby sitting- friends, family- teachers children all through school. In ####-#### I was working at silverwaters resort where I would run the kids club during the school holidays and for the last three years I have been full time Outdoor Instructor at the Phillip Island Adventure Resort which is a camp for school students and currently working here and as a disability support worker on the peninsula. I have my cert 3 and 4 in outdoor recreation and am a qualified yoga teacher.
