| I have been a swim teacher for 2 years and in that short amount of time I built strong relationships with the children and their parents at KINGSWIM, gaining their trust through my teaching and communication style to connect with their children. This was confirmed on many occasions as parents requested their children to be specifically placed into my classes. I took great pride in my ability to bring out the best in the children I was teaching and help them build the confidence they need in the water especially those who were extremely afraid.While working at King Swim I was asked to babysit by a family of a child I taught. After a short period of time i was then asked to pick up up the 3 children from school, take to swimming, take home, cook dinner, help with homework and put to bed. I gained a very strong friendship with this family that when I left the swim school I remained as there babysitter. I have also looked after my close family friends children when the parents have had to travel. this included morning routines, getting ready for school, packing lunches, school drop off, cleaning and cooking, helping with homework, and night time routines.

| I’m am a mother of 2 beautiful young people, both now teenagers. I am a school teacher of nearly 20 years experience and have taught kindergarten all the way through to year 12 Psychology and English during that time. I have a Working with Vulnerable People card and Full Registration with the Teacher Quality Institute. I love teaching all ages. I live on a farm and am comfortable with all animals. As a sole parent, I am very comfortable with doing the travel between sport for multiple children and taking children on outings to enjoy activities outside of the home. I enjoy cooking healthy meals, both of my own children cook one night each week and I can support children in learning these skills too. I am a warm and fun personality that provides firm boundaries for children and young people and a calm and centered way.

| A little about me: I have been in Canberra for almost 3,5 months and I’m currently working as a Au Pair with my host family in Wamboin.

I’ve been looking after kids since I was in my early teens. I have my license, a 5 seater car with child seat anchors, fine with cooking and happy to help with anything needed within the house. By profession I’m a professional housekeeper. I am mainly interested in caring for children but if my skills are needed I am more than happy to help out (bed making, kitchen cleaning, some general housekeeping) I will always be tidy and clean up anything after use regardless. Introduction meets are also more than welcome if you’d like to chat and discuss. I’m open to anything.
