| My passion for working with children was confirmed in 2017 when I was employed overseas in an English school working with all ages from k-12 level. Some of the responsibilities that this job involved was a teacher’s aide, lifeguard, netball coach/umpire, supervising school excursions, assisting children with their reading ability and putting the students to bed at night. With all these responsibilities I was able to utilize various skills and adapt to any situations or issue that arose with the kids. At the same time, since returning from overseas I have been a babysitter to many families with some being from Newcastle and others from the Central Coast, indicating my willingness to travel and the flexibility of my hours. As a person I am very friendly and approachable, I believe I engage with others in a warm welcoming approach and love being interactive with a group of people and have always loved working with children.
