Loves little children: The best babysitters understand and love children- I know I do. Self-confident: Children can usually tell if their babysitter is confident in their abilities. As an experienced chatter box, I have never had a problem in self-confidence. Mature: I am levelheaded and act calmly in emergencies. I maintain authority and discipline. Good manners: Be pleasant, and act in a courteous manner. Knowledgeable about children: I possess a basic understanding of the stages of child development. I am knowledgeable of basic techniques of feeding, dressing, diapering, bathing and playing with younger and older children. Adaptable: I accept the differences between households.
