I'm Asu, a caring, resourceful, and fun babysitter who finds joy in this beautiful vocation

Hello, I am a psychology student at UQ (Brisbane). I own a car, have a driver's license, and I also have a blue card, ensuring I'm fully qualified to take care of your children.
Currently, I babysit a 3-year-old every week at his house. Recently, I've started taking him to the playground because I noticed an increase in problematic behaviours that weren't there before, and that I thought could be caused by lack of stimulation. As we spent more time at the playground, I saw these behaviours begin to decrease. Through creative pretend play involving other children, I observed significant improvements in his socio-emotional skills, and creativity.
Additionally, for him, being confronted with physically challenging situations (climbing, etc..), I noticed a significant improvement in his confidence and sense of independence.
My experience babysitting him is an example of what I see when working with children. I provide the classic babysitting experience, while also thoughtfully and subtly applying psychology tools that cater to your child's developmental stage, and personality.
