Final-year HR major looking to apply skills and positively impact children's lives.
|
Despite my lack of formal childcare experience, my enthusiasm, adaptability, and genuine love for children make me a strong candidate for taking care of your child. As a university student majoring in HR, I have developed valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and organisational management, but my passion for working with children has become increasingly apparent. Although I recognise that experience in the field is highly valued, I believe that my personal qualities and willingness to learn will compensate for my lack of formal experience. I am committed to creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children under my care, and I am patient, compassionate, and dedicated to fostering their development in all aspects. Moreover, I am a quick learner who can adapt to new situations efficiently and provide age-appropriate activities while managing daily routines. Building trust and maintaining open communication with both children and their parents or guardians is crucial to me. I am currently waiting for my blue card, but I have no reason to believe it will be denied. Additionally, I have my own car and an open license.
