| Hi guys, My name is Alexia and I am 28 years old. I have been looking after kids since I was 15 - helping out families after school, in the school holidays or overnights. For three years I was also a children's tennis coach. In the past I have undertaken tasks such as school pick ups, taking the children to activities like ballet and gymnastics, cooking dinner, reading, laundry, general housework and cleaning. School holiday activities included picnics, bush walking, swimming at the beach or go biking around the park. I was recently made redundant from my full time job and hoping I can help out some families in the local area before I have my own baby due in October. I have a family wagon, have my first aid and am currently in the process of obtaining my Working with Children's Check. I live in St Georges Basin. I have recently move to Sanctuary Point and seeking a permanent position that allows me to work between the hours of 8-3:15pm weekdays as I have my own tutoring business that I run before and after school hours and have had so much interest in the last term Previously I worked as a childcare educator for 3 years where I became the room leader in the 3-5 room as well as the inclusion support officer. I completed my certificate in education support and behaviour management and worked very closely with children who are on the spectrum. I love what I do. I am currently working as a education facilitator for a company called Bravehearts where I travel to centres and school to deliver a keep safe program. I then casually work in primary schools as a teacher aide I’d really love to know what care you are after and if my hours will suit you as this would be an amazing opportunity for me.
