I have worked in childcare centers, my own family daycare from home, as a nanny in England, and a nanny/babysitter here in Australia. I have experience with children with Autism and ADHD. I have been described as very nurturing and having a calming influence. I believe that children need us to be present and engaged and I endeavour to give my best at all times. I have my own children to pick up and drop off to school, however for the right job, I am happy to organise before/after school care for them. | Kiwi but been in Perth half my life! As I have no children of my own yet, I get great joy in assisting other families have stability and a strong network to create healthy whole homes for children. I love personal development and have read many parenting and family books because the greatest example of leadership is parenthood! I have experience in hospital and community settings rehabiliting elderly and disabled both physically and in life skills, as well as youth support/after school care progroms which has given me a great skillset in fulfilling the needs of little ones and teens who might not be able to express themselves clearly and quick on my feet in emergencies.
