| My name is Ebony, I am 22 years old, and a dedicated young person, Qualified Education Support worker and experienced in nanny and child care work. Currently seeking part time/full time employment and/or hours. I am looking to broaden my experiences and apply the skills, knowledge and attributes i have to whatever I do. I have a successful track record of adapting to all workforces, situations and teams. I am adept at working with students with learning issues, developing innovative lesson plans and utilizing technology to create educational opportunities. I am passionate about caring for children, and helping to foster their growth and abilities. I have experience caring for multiple children at once, as I previously worked as a Before and After school carer, and have had two ongoing nanny jobs. One for a four year old child, and another for a 10 year old child with disabilities and a learning difficulties. I enjoy cleaning and meal preparation and have no reservations in helping with all forms of care. I work well under pressure, with children and fellow staff and in fast paced environments.
