Hello!
I'm Amos, a 24 year old swimming instructor living in Northcote.
My first position in child-care was at 13 years old, as a volunteer carer for infants and toddlers at my church's Sunday school.
Since then I have spent the last 10 years babysitting and caring for my six nieces and nephews, and now work as an educator professionally - teaching swimming and water safety to children ages 4 - 14.
As a big kid at heart, my favourite things to do (especially with my nieces and nephews) are spend time at the pool or the beach, kick a ball around at the park, play any sport (with varying degrees of skill), and have living room dance parties.
I am happy and willing to take on any minor tutoring responsibilities, I would be most comfortable with literature, but can manage primary school level maths and science if needed. I can cook healthy and nutritious meals, and perform light housework if required.
I have a car and full license, an employee level Working with Children Check, and CPR certificate.
I currently work mornings Sunday to Thursday, so I am looking for afternoon, evening, and Saturday shifts.
