| Hi there, My name is Nadeane and I have been in healthcare for the past 6 years. Initially I worked as a carer in a low to high care 180 bed aged care facility for one year whilst completing my enrolled nursing diploma. I then worked in an aged care facility as an enrolled nurse team leader for 6 months before moving on to my enrolled nursing grad year in a hospital working clinically in acute care (6months) then rehabilitation (6months). After my initial year of nursing I then moved into agency nursing which I have remained in for the past four years casually. I also worked full time remote and rurally for 2years assisting in ED and carrying out residential aged care. I have now completed my bachelor of nursing and hold registration as a registered nurse. I am currently awaiting to start my graduate year on the 15th of February and am looking to pick up some extra shifts accompanying my current casual clinical agency work. I have always been passionate about helping others and enriching the quality of life of the people whom I care for. I always pride myself on my ability to be observant and responsive to the needs of others. I am thorough in my duties and always seek to provide safe and quality care.
