| I have worked in aged care for over 10 years & I was on a palliative committee and ran my own dementia programs for residents. I have the upmost respect for the elderly and feel we need to listen to their wishes and support them as best we can to remain independent and happy in their own environment.

| I am currently helping look after my elderly parents. after running my own interior manufacturing business in Melbourne for the last 20 years i am now enjoying the change and would like to work in this industry. I feel i have the right mind set to help and be considerate of other people.
