| As a mother, grandmother, and personal carer, coupled with extensive experience in dementia care,I am well-equipped to provide compassionate and dedicated care. My journey as a mother and grandmother has instilled in me the value of patience nurturing, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of those I care for. These experiences have given me a deep understanding of the needs of elderly individuals and the importance of providing a nurturing and safe environment. My experience as a personal carer, particularly in the context of dementia care has honed my skills in managing and addressing the unique challenges associated with this condition. I have developed a keen eye for detail, which is essential in ensuring the safety and comfort of elderly individuals. I have certificate 3 in nursing, and I am experienced in qualified aged care.

| I'm doing my training in aged care facility for the past year and fully qualified in a month. It's an honour to be working alongside our elders I take my job very seriously.

| I competed a certificate 3 In Individual Support (Ageing) this year, 2019, through TAFE. I work for MBC Nursing Agency as a Care Support Worker in Community Care and Residential Aged Care facilities. I am also currently working as an Independently hired Casual Support Worker with a young lady with Autism. I can work only casually, no more than 30hrs a week as I have to take shifts with my other work. I will all at all times respect a clients and families privacy and independence.
