I have a diploma in Nutrition and personal training background, I have helped my mother get mobile again at age 86yrs! I also have experience in aged care with mobility support and caring for elderly clients. People can feel positive no matter what their circumstances! I have my own teenage children so I am used to managing other peoples needs!
