| My experience and skills revolve around providing compassionate care and support to elderly patients. I specialise in caring for patients with dementia, understanding the challenges they face, and implementing strategies to create a calm and reassuring environment. I also have expertise in managing the ongoing needs of paralysis patients, such as proper positioning, preventing pressure ulcers, and promoting independence through assistive devices.

| I find personal fulfillment in caring for the elderly as I naturally feel compassionate and empathetic and find joy in helping others. Working in aged care allows me to support and care for seniors who may need assistance with daily activities or health-related concerns. Caring for the elderly gives me a strong sense of purpose and fulfillment. I feel that I am making a positive impact on the lives of others and contributing to their well-being and happiness. Working with the elderly often involves forming deep and meaningful connections with the residents or clients. Building these relationships can be personally rewarding and fulfilling as well.  Working in aged care allows me to put values into practice by providing quality care and support to seniors. I have had positive experiences with my own elderly family members, which has inspired me to work in aged care as a way to extend that care and support to others. I understand  that the elderly individuals face challenges and vulnerabilities, and I want to make a difference by enhancing the quality of life for seniors and ensuring they are treated with dignity and respect. Also for potential career growth opportunities for me in this field.

| Being a carer to my sister who has been epileptic and has disability issues has indeed given me the experience to be able to care for others.I have learnt how to keep time and be keen on administering medications, I have also learnt the importance of being a good listener and to communicate effectively with everyone .Through the years with her, I have had to be her safe space where she gets to talk about everything that's bothering her and I will try to help her solve the issues she gets. I have also earned respect for everyone with disabilities as they are people with emotions and feelings as well. Through assisting others I get to fulfill my passions in this field of age care and disability.
