| I am currently studying Certificate if Individual Support (Ageing). I chose this course because I have a heart to take care of aged people. Base on my experience back in my country Philippines, I grew up without a father, so my grandmother was the one who took care of me. I am so proud to tell everybody that I am my grandmother's girl. Last 2015, she died due to elderly sickness. But prior to that, I was the one who took care of her until her last breath because in the Philippines, we do have a close family ties, no matter how hard it is, we must take care of our family till the end of time.

| Despite lacking a relevant degree or previous experience in aged care services, my passion stems from a deeply rooted desire to provide companionship and support to elderly individuals. Being away from my parents has fueled my empathy and compassion towards the elderly, driving me to seek opportunities where I can make a meaningful difference in their lives. I believe in the importance of human connection and understand the value of companionship, especially during later stages of life. My caring attitude and genuine empathy enable me to connect with elderly individuals on a personal level, offering them not only my company but also a sense of comfort and understanding. I am committed to providing a warm and nurturing environment where they feel valued and appreciated, enriching their lives and mine in the process.
