| I would help the residents with their daily living needs from personal hygiene (shower, bathroom, aid changes) through to meals and feeding. I delt with residents with dementia and assisted the palliative. I administered medications and followed orders from a RN. I occasionally filled the role of activities officer and I also took up to 8 residents at a time out on our little bus in outings once a fortnight.
