| I have worked in Aged care for almost 10 years, I have mostly worked in a Residential facility but am wanting to gain more experience with those still living in their own home, creating new friends, learn new things and being able to care for those needing assistance, no matter how great or small. Being able to help those living in their own home to stay there gives purpose to what I do and knowing I have helped someone, even with just a smile and a chat makes my heart grow.
